Where there is an immediate threat to the physical 健康 or safety of any students or other individuals arising from a Report of 第九条 Sexual Harassment or a Formal Complaint, the College can remove a student Respondent from part or all of the College’s education programs or activities and issue any necessary related no-trespass and no-contact orders. 与学生事务主任和/或学生事务办公室协商, the 第九条 Coordinator will make the decision to remove a student Respondent from some or all of the College’s education programs and activities based on an individualized assessment and risk analysis. 如果学院做出这样的决定, 学生答辩人将在撤职后立即收到通知，并有机会对该决定提出质疑.

If the parties have voluntarily undertaken informal discussion of the alleged misconduct before the Complainant 遵循 any of the reporting procedures under this Policy and both parties believe the issues have been resolved, the Complainant should nevertheless report the matter to the 第九条 Coordinator for approval of the resolution and implementation of any relevant 支持措施.
